Matthew has over 17 years’ experience in Operations Management, Quality Assurance and Compliance across multiple services, including digital channels, face to face and Call Centre environments. He has worked in technical and highly regulated environments in Financial Services, the automotive industry, online solutions and business process outsourcing for the Victorian Department of Justice and Regulation. For the last 4 years Matthew has developed controls and frameworks, driving key business improvement, quality standards, issue management and resolution capability. 

Matthew is passionate about  innovative and strategic end to end quality and performance improvement initiatives specialising in Lean (5s) and Total Quality Management methodologies.
