Michael has been with Tenix Solutions since 2003. He started as a Customer Service Representative before moving into the Local Government team. In 2005 he moved into the Human Resources team where he focused on people management, safety, workcover and leadership.

For the last 8 years Michael has been Operations Marking for the Parking Services On-Street department. He leads and supports all on-street teams across the country, which consists of 7 Council sites in Melbourne, 1 site in Canberra and another in South Australia, with a total of 100 staff. In this time he has made significant changes to work place safety, productivity initiatives, culture and training and development. Michael is passionate about people and safety.
