Tenix Solutions is an Australian- owned company founded by the Salteri family whose aim was in creating a supportive, friendly corporate culture which still resonates through our company today. 

With 600 employees we are not too big (you can make a positive difference) and not too small (you can progress and grow). We aim to create an environment where all our employees feel included and able to perform at their best. We have a culture where success is celebrated, no matter how big or small. We trust each other, valuing openness and honesty in our working relationships. 

Wellbeing

We work hard to focus awareness and provide support for our team to improve their physical, social and mental wellbeing by offering a range of health and emotional health programs.

Employee Assistance Program

We are committed to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our employees, providing them (as well as their immediate family members) with free and confidential counselling services 24/7 through our Employee Assistance Program provider; Optum. 
We run monthly promotions around health and wellbeing to ensure there is awareness as well as the tools available to support employee wellness

Health Program

We conduct regular programs and initiatives aimed at ensuring our employees’ health and wellbeing is at the forefront of our minds. Some of these programs include: annual eye testing and free flu vaccinations.

Reward & Recognition

In addition to providing for our employees through remuneration and benefits we strive to recognise and reward outstanding performance and achievements, as well as loyalty. 

The Star Award  Program

This company-wide initiative is a peer-to-peer nomination for outstanding performance which is assessed on a monthly basis. An annual Star Awards event is held for the top 20 Star Award nominees. The Top 10 Star Awards nominees of the year each receive a cash bonus and recognition across the business.

Employee Referral Program

Our Employee Referral Program encourages employees to introduce like-minded people to share in our success. Employees who successfully refer applicants are rewarded with a $200 voucher as a token of appreciation in contributing to building our teams.

Above-Award Rates of Pay

We have a number of Enterprise Agreements in place and we pay above minimum award rates of pay.  What our people do is important and valued and we want to make sure that we pay accordingly.

Long-Service Employees 

As part of our reward and recognition program, Tenix Solutions holds an annual event which recognises the contribution, loyalty and commitment of our long serving employees who have been with the business for five, ten or twenty-plus years. This event allows us, as a company, to  acknowledge our long service employees for their contribution to the success of our business.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Active Social Club

Tenix Solutions Social Club offers its members access to a range of social events and competitions, and discounted tickets: to movies, theatre, sporting events and much, much more.  There is a small fee to be a member of the social club, employees complete a form included in the starter pack so that automatic deductions can be made from their fortnightly salary.

Myki Commuter Club Discount

After six-months of service, full-time and part-time employees are entitled to purchase a discounted Zone1-2 Myki 365-Day Myki Pass and repay the cost as fortnightly deductions, after tax, from their salary. 

Anytime Fitness Gym

Employees have access to a corporate offer to join Anytime Fitness with discounts including waiving of joining fees (usually $99), three free personal training sessions (valued at $270) and free training merchandise.  

BUPA Health Insurance

Employees are offered discounts on Bupa health insurance with benefits including:
